Golden Fudge 3 cups sugar 1/4 cup light corn syrup 3 tbsp. butter or margarine 1/2 tsp. salt 1 cup evaporated milk 2 tsp. vanilla Directions: Cook syrup, sugar, butter, salt, milk and water in sauce pan. Stir constantly until it forms a soft ball. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Do not stir. Let cool until luke warm then beat 2-3 minutes until it loose its gloss. Spread in lightly greased pan. Let cool. Cut into squares.
