Monster Cookies 

Mix well in LARGE bowl: 

 1 dozen eggs
 3 lbs. peanut butter
 2 lbs. brown sugar
18 cups quick oats 
 4 cups white sugar
 1 lb. chocolate chips
 1 Tblsp vanilla
 1 lb. M&Ms 
 8 tsp baking soda
 1 Tblsp syrup (any kind)
 1 lb. butter (better) or margarine

Mix thoroughly.  Drop by ice cream scoops and flatten
on ungreased cookie sheets.  Bake at 350 degrees for
about 12 minutes, until slightly browned. 

Makes ???  depends on size of scoop.  (LOTS)  Very
good for bake sales, care packages for college
students, or parties/gifts.  They go really fast, so
save some for yourself where no one else will find
them.
