Chief Taster's Choice Lemon Cake

1 Box Duncan Hines Lemon cake mix
1 Box Instant Lemon Pudding (small)
1/4 Teaspoon Lemon Extract
3/4 Cup Wesson Oil
3/4 Cup Water
4 Eggs

Glaze

1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoons Melted Butter
2 Teaspoons Water


Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Beat cake mix with the remaining 5 ingredients for 5 min.
Once beaten well, bake for 35 - 40 minutes 
in a 13 x 9 inch cake pan

When cake is done, remove from oven 
Prick holes into top of cake with a fork
Spread glaze onto cake while still warm so cake 
will absorb glaze better
