MUD CAKE Ingredients 3 sticks melted butter 1 1/2 cups flour 2 tbsp powdered cocoa 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut 2 cups sugar 4 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans or favorite nuts 1 jar marhmellow crème 1 tsp vanilla 1/3 cup powdered cocoa 1 stick melted butter 1/4 cup canned milk or cream 1 box powdered sugar Directions Mix the first 8 ingredients (reserving back 1/2 cup coconut and 1/2 cup nuts) together in order given. Bake in 325 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes in greased 9 x 13 pan. Spread jar of marshmellow crème over warm cake and let cool. Icing: Mix the last 5 ingredients together and spread over marshmellow crème. Sprinkle on top the 1/2 cup coconut and 1/2 cup nuts.
