Cranberry Chicken 4 lbs. chicken thighs skinned 1 onion chopped 1 tbsp. butter 1 cup catsup 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp.dry mustard 1 can cranberry sauce Bake chicken at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour off liquid. Saute onions in butter. Mix and add catsup, brown sugar, vinegar,mustard and cranberry sauce. Pour over chicken and bake 30 minutes or until done.
